What’s so nice about bok choi chips is they are very low in fat, so it means that you should feel no guilt when snacking on them — they won’t sabotage your weight loss journey. Ingredients:

1 head of bok choi 

1 tablespoon of olive oil 

Sea salt

Directions:

-Get your oven preheated to 300°F or 150°C. 

-Thoroughly rinse the head of bok choi under running water. Shake off excess water. 

-Carefully, chop of the thick and stringy stems and discard. 

-Start chopping your bok choi into chip-sized pieces. But it’s entirely up to you if you want them small or big. 

-Grab a mixing bowl and toss your chopped up bok choi in it. 

-Add olive oil and toss until every one of them gets coated. 

-Neatly arrange the pieces of bok choi on a baking sheet. Make sure that they do not overlap one another. 

-Sprinkle a little sea salt. 

-Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes. 

-Keep your eye on them. The minute they already look cooked and crisp, take the baking sheet out of the oven. 

-Transfer the baking sheet onto a wire rack and allow your homemade bok choi chips to cool completely. 

-Place on a serving plate and enjoy!

That’s how quick and easy it is to turn a head of bok choi into chips that won’t ruin your figure and overall health. They make for the perfect treats not only for adults, but also kids — most especially those that loathe vegetables!
