If you want to try applying face oils on your face, make sure that you dilute them first in carrier oils like olive oil, almond oil, or coconut oil as these essential oils can be a bit harsh on the skin. So here are some of the best oils that are worth trying to achieve clear, healthy, and hydrated skin.

Oregano oil

If you have oily skin, you might want to try oregano oil as it contains antiseptic and antibacterial properties that can eliminate the root cause of your acne breakouts. Also, oregano oil has anti-inflammatory properties which can reduce redness, swelling, and itching on your skin. Thanks to its antioxidant properties, this oil can help hydrate and heal your skin so less scarring will be seen. You should mix 2 to 3 drops of oregano oil with your choice of carrier oil such as almond or coconut oil and apply on your skin two times a day.

Jojoba oil

Another choice to consider for your skin is jojoba oil. This type of oil actually simulates the sebum that our skin produces naturally so that our skin won’t create too much.
