This can be done on a daily basis if you like to help reduce the amount of redness on your face.

Change your diet

You should also consider changing your diet into a healthier one to reduce the redness on your face. Avoid spicy foods, drinking alcohol, as well as hot beverages or meals that can make your face go red. What can you eat? Cooling foods such as salads can help cool your skin down so you won’t have to worry about flare ups.
