Dozens if not, hundreds of myths exist in the world of health, fitness and nutrition. Generally, it’s very easy to sell new fads to people who don’t know any better. As long as the product promises weight loss or strength gains, it’ll sell. And one of the largest myths is the statement that consumption of fat in food leads to being fat. This is probably why a lot of people more often than not go after products with low or no fat like stocks of these products were running out. They believe that products with low or not fat are better for the health. This is false. Almost all of the products that are low-fat or fat-free have gone through a lot of processing, wherein fat is taken out, and sugar is added. This is not good.

Truth be told, a lot of fats are good for our overall health. Some even help us in the quest of losing weight. The human physique needs fat to work well. A lot of vitamins as well can be mixed with fat and are soluble in fat. This means that only through fat can these vitamins be absorbed by our bodily systems.

We have here a couple of kinds of fat that are healthy for your body. Try including them with your meals. It can make a world of difference for you. You may find yourself feeling better and you may find your craving to binge eat gone.

Nuts make already healthy meals even healthier. They contain loads of great nutrients, protein, and you guessed it, fats good for your health. Nuts provide omega-3 which is good for the heart. Omega-3 gives off a lot of advantages that can easily make the cardiovascular system healthier. It can decrease the level of cholesterol in the blood. It can also prevent some diseases. Nuts are also filled with amino acids that enhance and fortify the body’s immune system and along with omega-3, aid in combatting illnesses of the cardiovascular system. Nuts are also both fibrous and contain Evitamins. Fibrous food also helps the body in lowering cholesterol levels. E vitamins has very potent antioxidant qualities. It can help enhance the body’s immunity, promote healthier skin and restore damaged DNA.
An almond, a walnut and a Brazil nut. These are my nuts of choice. You can mix them with a smoothie, a protein bar, a salad, or you can eat them as they are.

Avocado

This is an awesome fruit that offers a plethora of health advantages. They provide glutathione, which is a very potent antioxidant.
