You should apply eye cream before bed time so that it will help hydrate, moisturize, and minimize the puffiness too. Another plus to using eye creams is that it can help tighten the skin around the eyes which means that there will be less wrinkles to worry about. You should start from the inner corners of your eyes then massage the cream outwards.
