Have you ever noticed how your skin looks a bit loose or sagging in some areas? Seeing lines and wrinkles around the eyes and mouth? Well, this is not unusual given that the amount of collagen and elastin that our body is producing is lessened as we age which is why we need to take steps to prevent this from happening. Yes, there are face masks sold today that can help rejuvenate your skin but are you really sure what goes inside them? If you want to have firmer and well-toned skin even as you age, you will find that using Japanese face mask can yield some amazing results.

You only need three ingredients to make this Japanese face mask and these are a tablespoon of warm milk, a tablespoon of honey, and 2 to 3 tablespoons of raw rice. To prepare this face mask, you should boil the rice first and let it cook until it has become soft. Strain the rice so you can get the rice water. Set it aside. Add the honey and milk to the cooked rice then stir until everything has been combined. Apply the rice evenly on your skin and let it sit for half an hour. Wash it off afterwards then use the rice water as the final rinse. This face mask must be used at least two times in a week so that you will be able to keep wrinkles, acne, fine lines, and other signs of aging at bay.
