You can use kitchen ingredients such as honey and sugar to rub on your skin to not only remove the dead skin, but also nourish it in the process. You will have to do this at least two times a week to maintain a healthy complexion.

Moisturize

If you want to maintain your flawless complexion, you will need to moisturize your skin regularly. You see, there are many factors that can cause our skin to dry up such as wind, smoke, dirt, dust, and the like. Without proper nourishment, our skin can become prone to dryness which can trigger breakouts if you are not too careful. With that said, make sure that you moisturize your skin on a regular basis to keep it healthy and naturally radiant.

Spot treatments

Another way to maintain blemish free skin is to consider using spot treatments on affected areas of your skin. There are over-the-counter medications that can help fight off inflammation on your skin but you can also make use of natural remedies such as honey and aloe vera just to name a few.

Exercise

What else should you do to keep your skin naturally glowing? Go and exercise. When you exercise, you are helping your blood flow better around your body which means that more oxygen will be delivered to your organs and your skin. Not only does this protect your skin against dryness, but it will make it glow naturally as well. The impurities that are lingering inside your body, that are causing your skin to break out, are flushed from your body through sweating.

Hydrate

If you want to enjoy flawless looking skin, make it a habit to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water in the day or fruit infused water if you like as the additional nutrients can help retain the natural glow of your skin.
