Your hair is an extension of who you are. It identifies you in a way, from its style, cut and color. So you must take care of your hair to make it strong, shiny and healthy.
1. Olive Oil Treatment
For shiny hair, combine olive oil and honey to make it more effective. Rub the mixture at the mid length and ends of your hair. Then shampoo after 2 hours.
2. Bottle Gourd Treatment
Use a bottle gourd juice to apply to your hair. Leave it on for half an hour and then rinse off.
3. Avoid Hot Water
Don’t shower using hot water because it can make hair brittle and dry. It also rids the hair of its protective oils. When showering use warm water that is a bit warmer than the body temperature.
For hair fall, mix 2 tbsp castor oil, egg and 1 cup of amla powder. Apply on the hair and scalp. Leave for about 30 minutes before shampooing.
5. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apply a mixtrure of apple cider vinegar and warm water for bouncy hair. Then rinse it thoroughly after 5 minutes.

The most effective hair care is to eat a healthy diet. Eat fruits, vegetables and drink the right amount of water.
7. Lemon Juice
After rinsing your hair with shampoo, you can apply 1 tbsp of lemon juice to your hair. Then towel it dry and then style as you normally would. This will help get rid of dry hair.
8. Hair fall remedy Oily Hair
Mix 1 tbsp of lime juice, 1 cup henna powder and egg white. Apply to the hair and leave for 30 minutes then shampoo.
9. Hair Fall Remedy
Another hair fall remedy is the use of honey. Mix 2-3 tbsp honey and 1 cup of your daily conditioner. Apply into your hair leaving it on for 30 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly. When applied to hair, this will close hair cuticles and make your hair shiny.
10. Egg Treatment
Use an entire egg to condition hair and egg whites to moisturize hair. Apply 1 1/2 cup of egg white and whole egg to your damp hair. Leave on for 20 minutes and rinse with cold water.
11. Moisturize your Hair With Beer
Massage beer into your scalp for 20 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly. You can do this procedure once a week to have smooth and silky hair.
12. Almond Oil For Strong Hair
Heat almond oil for 40 seconds, then apply to your hair. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse as you normally would with shampoo and cold water. This is use to treat damaged hair.
13. Make Your Conditioner
For your own DIY conditioner, mix yogurt and eggs. Then rub into your scalp, leaving it on for 10 minutes. Rinse normally.
14. Treat Sun Damaged Hair
To help replenish keratin protein in your hair, mix 1-2 tbsp olive oil, ½ cup honey and 1-2 tbsp of egg yolk. Apply into your hair for 20 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.
15. Cleanliness is Important
Maintain your hair’s cleanliness to avoid itchy scalp and dandruff.
16. Don’t wash Your Hair Frequently
To regain your hair’s natural oil, wash them every 2-3 days.
17. Brushing Technique
Don’t use combs with plastic bristles to prevent breakage from static electricity. In brushing hair, brush from the ends to remove any tangle and then to the roots of the hair to the end. This method helps prevent breakage and helps in proper spreading of natural oil.
18. Neem Leaves
For hair loss, wash hair with paste from neem leave. This is effective for hair loss due to skin infection and excessive build up of scalp oil.
19. Baking Soda Therapy
To remove excess shampoo and other hair products from your hair, use this therapy. Mix water and 3 tbsp of baking soda. Rinse your hair with this mixture after shampooing. Set for 5 minutes and then rinse.
20. Let Your Hair Air-dry
Allow your hair to dry by itself instead of using hot rollers or blow-dryer. Using dryer more often can make your hair dry and brittle. If you are going to use a blow dryer set the temperature to warm instead.
