We don’t mean taking care of it by getting regular checkups or taking your medication. We mean taking care of it by using the right whole body care routine.

It’s important to keep your body healthy and looking good from the inside out. There are a lot of things you can do to take care of your body. Below are some great body care tips you need to incorporate into your daily routine to keep your body in tip top shape.

Body Care Tips

Removing Dark Knees and Elbows

Areas such as the knees and elbow tend to darken easily due to the skins elasticity and the abrasion it experiences. There are numerous ways you can lighten these areas and keep your skin looking flawless. A simple way is to exfoliate the area with a sugar scrub or soaking it in hot water and scrubbing it with a pumice stone. There are also natural lightening ingredients you can use. Lime or lemon wedges contain natural bleaching agents that can help lighten these areas. Scrub these areas with the wedges and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Use an abrasive towel to scrub the area afterwards.

Healthy Glowing Skin

When the skin is glowing, it looks healthy and moisturized. You can keep your skin glowing by using a misting spray. Create an easy homemade hydrating mist by adding 1 tablespoon of glycerin, 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 1 tablespoon of rose water. Place these in a spray bottle and mix it together. Use this spray all over your body after you take a bath and before you go to bed. If you have really dry skin, you can apply this mist in the middle of the afternoon.
