Receding gums are an oral health problem where the gum tissue that surrounds the
teeth start to tear away and the gums appear to be receding backward exposing most of the tooth. This enlarges the surface of the tooth and make it appear bigger. This not only makes the teeth, unpleasant to look at, but also makes it more prone to damage. This increases the risk of bacteria and plaque from entering the gaps between the gum and teeth.

These antioxidants can help strengthen the gums and teeth. This will also
help improve the healing of your teeth and gums. Create a green tea based remedy by brewing a cup of green tea in the morning and gargling it in the morning and evening.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera contains anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve the healing process of receding gums. This can help improve the tissue production of the gums and the anti-bacterial properties of it can help reduce the chances of gum disease. Use aloe Vera to brush your gums. Apply fresh aloe Vera gel to your brush and apply it gently to the gums and leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes and rinse.

Coconut Oil

This can also help improve cellular repair improving the production of new tissues in the gum. Use coconut oil after you brush your teeth as a mouthwash before you go to bed. Use two tablespoons of coconut oil and swish it around your mouth for two minutes and rinse. Repeat this every day until you get the desired result.

Eucalyptus

Essential oils such as eucalyptus are great for treating oral health problems. They contain more concentrated vitamin, minerals and nutrients. Making it a more effective remedy with just a few drops. Just a few drops of eucalyptus oil can help cure receding gums. It is
an effective essential oil for killing germs and protecting the mouth from oral diseases that can further damage the gums. Eucalyptus also contains anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce the swelling of the gums. Eucalyptus essential oils tend to be too strong on its original form. So, it’s best to use it diluted. Take 2 drops of eucalyptus oil and 2 tablespoons of water. Mix this together and dip your brush in it. Apply this on the gums gently and rinse with water. Repeat this remedy every day.
