Receding gums are an oral health problem where the gum tissue that surrounds the
teeth start to tear away and the gums appear to be receding backward exposing most of the tooth. This enlarges the surface of the tooth and make it appear bigger. This not only makes the teeth, unpleasant to look at, but also makes it more prone to damage. This increases the risk of bacteria and plaque from entering the gaps between the gum and teeth.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera contains anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve the healing process of receding gums. Use two tablespoons of coconut oil and swish it around your mouth for two minutes and rinse. Repeat this every day until you get the desired result.

Essential oils such as eucalyptus are great for treating oral health problems. They contain more concentrated vitamin, minerals and nutrients. Making it a more effective remedy with just a few drops. Just a few drops of eucalyptus oil can help cure receding gums. It is
an effective essential oil for killing germs and protecting the mouth from oral diseases that can further damage the gums. Eucalyptus also contains anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce the swelling of the gums. Eucalyptus essential oils tend to be too strong on its original form. So, it’s best to use it diluted.
