In all honesty, these facial masks don’t really contain natural ingredients and in some cases, they can even worsen your skin condition. Fruit packs, on the other hand, can give you that relaxing and nourishing experience that your skin will definitely love.

To get you started, here are some examples of natural fruit packs that are good for dry skin.

Kiwi and Avocado Face Pack. These tropical fruits are loaded with nutrients that not only refresh your skin but also soothe any inflammation. For this recipe you will need one kiwi, one avocado, and a teaspoon of honey. Remove the skin from the avocado and kiwi then mash the fruits together until you create a paste. Add a teaspoon of honey then mix the ingredients thoroughly. Apply the paste on your face as well as your neck and leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse afterwards then pat your face dry.

Tomato Face Mask. There is a common misconception that tomatoes are vegetables but they really belong to the fruit family. And it is actually a good choice when it comes to nourishing dry skin because of the nutrients found in it. To start, you will need a tablespoon of oatmeal, one tomato, and a teaspoon of yogurt. Blend tomato until it becomes pulpy and smooth then add the yogurt and oatmeal. Apply the mixture onto your face and neck and leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse it afterwards. You can also swap yogurt with honey and milk if you like.

Papaya Pack. This is one of the simplest ways to nourish your skin. Get a ripe papaya then mash its flesh. Apply the mixture on your face and neck. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes before washing it off. This will leave a smooth and beautiful skin for you to enjoy.

Cucumber and Milk Pack. Cucumber can certainly help you cool down in the summer and it is also useful for your skin. For this fruit pack, you will need ¼ cup of milk, ½ cucumber, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Remove the skin of the cucumber then blend to create a puree. Combine the honey, milk, and brown sugar together and once they emulsify, add the cucumber puree. Apply the mixture on your face and neck generously and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse afterwards then pat your skin dry.
