1. Blemishes

If you have acne or redness caused by blemishes then you should try using a Green Tea Mask. See instructions below.

  • All you need is a tablespoon of sugar, 2 green tea bags and half tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • You have to steep the tea bags in water for an hour. Once the tea is cool, you can remove the bags and add the lemon juice and sugar.
  • Apply to your face by massaging and leave on for 15 minutes with cool water to close pores.

2. Eye Circles

As you all know cucumbers have mild astringent and skin lightening properties that help reduce those under-eye dark circles.

For the application just cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chilled for 30 minutes. Then you should put the slices into the affected skin area for about 10 minutes then wash with water. You can do this twice a day for a week or more.

3. Oily Face

If you have an oily face then using a mask with oatmeal can help. Oatmeal acts as an exfoliator and absorbs oil as well.

Oatmeal and a bit of honey is needed. Just create a paste that will stay in your face and rinse off with a warm wet towel.

4. Hyperpigmentation

For the face mask you will need honey and a ripe papaya. Blend them using half cup of papaya and 2 tbsp of honey. Spread the mixture on your face and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse it off and apply a moisturizer. This can be done once per week.

5. Dull Skin

A dull texture may be the result of dry skin cell buildup and lack of moisture. A banana mask will do to bring back your skin’s radiance and glow!

Just mash up a banana and you can add a tablespoon of honey or orange juice for that extra moisture. Apply in your face for about 10-15 minutes.
