If you feel like you are being overwhelmed by the difficulties that are coming your way, then relax! Everyone goes through his or her own difficulties. What is important is that you should find ways to survive your own issues.
Here are some things to remember when you are dealing
with problems:

Don’t panic

The most important rule is not to lose your head even if you think the problems are insurmountable. For example, if you have a very large project and a tight deadline, what you should do is not feel overwhelmed. What you should do is break down all the stages of the project, and then start on it stage by stage. It’s even better if you give your boss, or whoever it is you feel should know, a plan
that will explain to them exactly how you will approach the issue. In this way, you destroy the giant, so to speak, and you can now deal with much easier, smaller problems.

Avoid taking on other people’s problems

It’s easy to think that you can save someone else by taking on
his or her problems, or helping them solve theirs. However, if it becomes your problem, and it starts affecting you badly, then you’ve just learned the most important lesson about helping others, and that is you should, but only up to a point. Do remember that leaving other people to make the final solutions for their problems also makes them grow as people. If you keep on solving things for them, you are not doing them any favors. It’s even possible that your friend or loved one will start resenting you for always being there to “save” them. And that’s assuming they won’t be addicted to your ever-present helping hand.
Pitch in when you think people need help, but on the other hand, you shouldn’t keep on butting in.

Not all problems are meant to be solved

Some of life’s difficulties are simply that: rough times that you simply have to survive. There are no solutions. What you do need to do, however, is to find a way to stay afloat. Be it an emotional issue or a financial one, these are the times when what you need is resilience and determination. And when you do survive the troubled times, you will all the more be wiser for it, and you will know how todeal with it better the next time something like it happens.

Smile!

A gloomy disposition will only lead to a cloud of negativity hanging over you. What you should do is to find a reason to smile at least once day. Be it inspiration or comedy, all that matters is that your spirit lifts, so you won’t feel like you’re under such heavy weights. So, whenever you do feel like you are going through hard times, don’t fret. There are many ways to adapt to the situation, and it is always wise to remember that finding a solution isn’t always the right thing to do. What is always the right thing to do is to make sure you are alive and standing afterwards.
