Melt the coconut oil in the microwave first for 30 to 45 seconds, until it has fully transformed into liquid. Transfer it to a mixing bowl where you will add a cup of white sugar, cinnamon, and the pumpkin pie spice. Mix thoroughly then transfer to your mason jar.
