Nowadays, our lives often revolve around family and work, with little in between. For mothers who manage the household, having time for yourself is often rare, as the demands of the family need to be met. Unfortunately, this can take a toll on your health, not to mention your skin too, as the lack of care can end up with you having dry and dull looking skin that make you appear older than your years.

As much as you are in control of the household, it is important that you put aside time for yourself too, because giving way too much of yourself can leave you burned out and way too stressed as well. Coconut lime sugar scrub

Another invigorating body scrub that will remind you of the summer season is the coconut lime sugar scrub. You will need to prepare ¼ cup of melted coconut oil, a cup of white sugar, a tablespoon of shredded coconut, and 6 to 8 drops of lime essential oil. Remember that the coconut oil solidifies in room temperature, so you might want to warm it up first in the microwave to turn it into liquid. Add the sugar to it afterwards and mix until the sugar has been mixed well. You can now add the lime and coconut oil into the mix. With this measurement, you will be making a single cup of scrub perfect for bringing the touch of summer to your skin.
