How to Remove White Hair Naturally

Must read

White hair is typically associated with the elderly, but this doesn’t mean that it doesn’t sprout on youngsters too. Teens are typically embarrassed when they see white hair appearing on their head, for fear of being ribbed by their schoolmates. Plucking white hair off can be done, true, but there are other ways for you to remove white hair completely. Here are a few tips to remove your white hair easily.

Have more vitamin B-12 food

If you want to keep your hair from having white hair at a young age, it would be a good idea to eat more foods that contain vitamin B12 as this vitamin can help maintain a healthy scalp and hair. Think vegetables and fruits such as avocados, cranberry, and dark, leafy greens. Aside from getting more nutrients in your body, you will also promote hair growth while keeping white hair at bay.

Coconut oil and curry leaves

Add some coconut oil in a pan to melt then add a few curry leaves too over medium heat. Allow the mixture to boil until the leaves have turned into black. Strain the oil then massage the mixture on your head and scalp. This will help stimulate blood flow in your scalp while removing white hair at the same time.

Henna

Henna is a type of natural dye that can also help heal your scalp. You should apply henna on your hair once a week to hide visible white hair and to provide protection to your hair strands as well from premature whiting.

Sesame seed oil

Another oil solution that can combat white hair in young kids is sesame seed oil. Mix a tablespoon of sesame seed oil with about 4 tablespoons of almond oil. Massage the mixture on your hair at least an hour prior to bath time. Rinse it off using mild shampoo.

Use heat protection

If you are typically using heating tools to style your hair, you will need to apply some heat protection on your hair before exposing them to high heat. Keep in mind that too much heat as well as sweat can cause your scalp to become dry. This can lead to weakened hair follicles hence the gray and white hair strands that you see. If you are going out during the summer, it is recommended that you wear a cap or bring an umbrella to give some protection to your hair and scalp. Deep condition your hair when you can to bring back moisture to it.

Hibiscus

Another tip to bringing back your natural black hair is to use hibiscus juice. You will need to extract the juice from the flowers then mix it with crushed Indian gooseberry or amla until you create a paste. Apply it on your hair and scalp and leave it for 2 hours. Rinse afterwards.

Sesame oil and carrot seed essential oil

Prepare a dark colored bottle that comes with a tight lid. Add half a teaspoon of carrot seed essential oil and 4 tablespoons of sesame oil in it. Shake the bottle well to combine the contents. Massage it afterwards on your hair and scalp. Leave it on for half an hour then rinse off afterwards with warm water as well as mild shampoo and conditioner.

Black tea

Black tea may help you stay healthy, but it can also be used to make white hair vanish. Mix black tea, yogurt, a tablespoon of salt, and vitamin B. Apply this on your hair and scalp. Not only will this banish gray hair, it will also boost hair growth. Leave this solution on your hair for an hour before rinsing.
