How to Remove Cholesterol Deposits Around the Eyes

Follow a healthy diet

If you want to remove the deposits on your eyes you can start by following a healthy diet. As much as possible, reduce your intake of foods that are low in fats as much as possible. Try to reduce your consumption of deep-fried foods, egg yolks, processed foods, and red meat even as they can elevate your cholesterol levels.

Castor oil

If you notice some bumps forming under your eyes, you should treat them with castor oil thanks to the ricin oleic acid that is present in it. This particular acid can help reduce the sizeo of these cholesterol deposits around your eyes. All that you have to do is to soak a cotton ball in this oil then apply it on the areas that are affected by these fatty deposits. Make sure that you keep your eyes closed so no oil will get into your eyes. Massage the bumps for a few minutes then place the cotton ball in place using some tape or bandage. Leave the oil on overnight then wash it off the following day.

Banana peels

Banana peels are also good for removing the fatty deposits that are forming around your eyes. The peels themselves are useful when it comes to removing the bumps under the eyes. All that you have to do is to place the inside part of the peel on the fatty deposits then secure the peel on place using a tape and leave it on until the next day. Wash the area off in the morning. You should do this every day until you see the results that you are looking for.

Apple cider vinegar

What else can you use to remove these fatty deposits? Well, your favorite apple cider vinegar can help. You see ACV can actually bring down the bad cholesterol that is present in your body by liquefying it. It also helps boost liver function so that there won’t be any toxins remaining inside of you. Dip a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar then place it on the affected area. Tape it in place and leave it on for 2 hours. Remove the cotton ball after and wash with warm water. You will need to do this several times in a day for a few days until you see a reduction in the size of the fat deposits.

Onions

You can also use onions in preventing bad cholesterol from building up in your body plus they can reduce the size of the fatty deposits on your skin too. To use this treatment, add 2 tablespoons of onion juice in a glass of water and drink this every day. You can also use onion juice extract with a little salt on it on the troubled areas of your skin, massage for a few minutes, and leave it on overnight. Don’t forget to wash it off the next day with warm water.
