3. Drink More Water

4. Monitor Sun Exposure Outdoors and Indoors

You’re all aware of the effects of too much sun exposure when you’re outdoors. But you must not also forget that UV rays can penetrate through the windows of your home, offices and when you’re driving causing brown spots and wrinkles.
