For this treatment, you will need to combine 6 tablespoons of raw honey and 6 tablespoons of turmeric then place in a jar. You need to take 2 teaspoons of this mixture when the allergy season arrives. It is also recommended to add some turmeric to your cooking so you can get its health benefits.

Clean your house regularly. As it was mentioned before, dust mites can also trigger allergic rhinitis. The best way to get around this is to ensure that your house is clean all the time and that your beddings are changed regularly. You should use hot water when washing your bed linens to ensure that there are no remnants of dust mites clinging to their fibers.

Apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has been found to be a useful treatment against allergic rhinitis because of its antihistamine and antibiotic properties. This vinegar can reduce the severity of symptoms that accompany allergic rhinitis such as violent sneezing, headaches, and even nasal congestion. You just need to mix 2 teaspoons of organic and unfiltered apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and honey then mix. Drink this solution at least three times a day to minimize the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

Disinfect shower and tub every month. Indoor molds can also cause allergic rhinitis to be triggered which is why you need to control them as much as possible. Make sure that you clean your shower, tub, and sinks once a month to ensure that there are no molds growing. This will help prevent your rhinitis from being triggered unexpectedly.
