Green toxin flusher 

Getting rid of the toxins in your body can yield amazing weight loss results so for this recipe, you will need 2 to 3 kale leaves, half a lemon, 1 medium sized Fuji apple, a small handful of parsley, and 1 medium sized cucumber. Stack the kale leaves first then place the parsley on top. Roll the leaves until they are packed tight. Chop the cucumber in half then place one half in your juicer then juice. Add the rolled kale and parsley and then the other half of the cucumber into the juicer and juice. Juice the apple and the lemon afterwards. Stir lightly then drink. 

Tomato and cucumber juice 

If you are looking for a refreshing drink that will help you lose weight at the same time, this recipe is just for you. You will need 3 ½ cups of chopped tomatoes, 1 stalk of celery, ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon of salt, 2 cups of diced cucumber, 3 to 4 drops of stevia, and ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Cut all the vegetables and place them in your juicer and blend properly. Add the sea salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper and blend some more. You can add stevia if you like. Pour the mixture into a tall glass and garnish with mint leaves.

Cholesterol fighter 

High cholesterol levels can be a problem but this weight loss juice is guaranteed to fight it off. In this recipe, you should have 2 to 3 Swiss chard leaves, medium sized Romaine lettuce head, one ginger, 1 large cucumber, 1 medium sized Fuji apple, and 1 orange (optional). You will need to roll the Swiss chard leaves since they are big but you don’t really have to chop them into small sizes when juicing unless your juicer is a vertical model then you need to chop the leaves first. Juice the ingredients starting with Swiss chard leaves, ginger, orange, and the Fuji apple. The romaine lettuce should be last.
