1. Peppermint and dandelion tea

Bring the water to a boil then add the peppermint and dandelion leaves. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes and then strain the liquid and squeeze the lemon to add more flavor. Just make sure that you use fresh leaves.

2. Water with rose petals

Considered to be a mild diuretic, rose petals help in kidney filtration. You will need 1-2 cups water and dried rose petals. Make sure that the petals have not been sprayed with chemical or any fertilizers. Heat the pot with water and petals. Leave it for about 15 minutes and using a strainer, extract the liquid and place in a glass. Then keep it chilled in the refrigerator for at least a week. You may drink half a cup every morning before taking breakfast.
