If you really want to eat canned or fresh fish, opt for ones that are low in mercury such as Pollock, shrimp and salmon. When buying fresh fish, opt for wild fishes. They contain less mercury than ones that are raised on a farm.

It is incredibly important to lessen the amount taken by children. Children can consume one or two pieces of Brazil nuts and adults 3 to 4.
