Children can’t be bothered to wash their hands when they are out and about, but this is one habit that you need to enforce on them so that they will be doing it out of habit. Teach them that they should wash their hands with soap and water after using the bathroom or sanitize their hands when they sneeze or cough to avoid transferring the virus to someone else. Children need up to 10 hours of undisturbed sleep as much as possible since they are still in the developing stage. If your child is having difficulty sleeping, you should start a bedtime routine or ritual that will help them go into a calm and relaxed stage so that they will be able to sleep on time. When your child is getting enough sleep, their immune system will be working efficiently.
