This is a famous drink due to its health benefits. It is said to maintain blood pressure, improve bowel movement, improve memory and prevent cancer. Though the health problems have never been proven. Kombucha tea is made from yeast and fermented sugar, tea and other ingredients for flavor.

Coconut Water

Coconut water contains high amounts of electrolytes and bioactive enzymes. Coconut water is great for restoring energy after a tiring afternoon at work.

Sparkling Water

Sparkling is a great alternative for coffee if you’re the type of person that gets bored with water. Find sparkling water that is naturally flavored or have fruit extracts. Avoid sparkling water that is loaded with sugar and artificial flavors.

Tea

Tea contains caffeine, but not as much as coffee. Tea can come in different variety and can be used mixed and match. Different teas contain different health benefits. Chamomile is great for relaxing the mind. Green tea is known for boosting metabolism. Peppermint tea is amazing for improving bowel movements and digestion.
