Banish Armpit Fat with These Exercises

You’ve probably stared at yourself in front of the mirror with your eyes trained at the excess fat that pops out the side of your bra, specifically between your arms and breasts. Well, what do you know? You have armpit fat or bra bulge as some would say. This is a cause for concern indeed especially when you want to look your best since the summer season is finally here. Should you let this stubborn fat ruin your beach plans? Of course not!

The good news is that you can make your armpit fat disappear with some specific exercises such as the ones below.

Lying chest fly 

This exercise is designed to tighten as well as tone your chest muscles and upper arms. Lie down on the floor on your back with each hand holding a dumbbell. Position your arms above your chest with your palms facing one another. Raise your knees above your hips until they are at 90 degrees. Engage your core muscles. While still holding your dumbbells above your chest, open your arms outwards slowly. Go back to your first position and repeat 15 times. 

Push ups 

There is no denying the power of this classic move when it comes to banishing armpit fat. You can do this on the floor or an incline or even against the wall if you like. The steps are fairly simple. Go into a push up position on the floor with your hands pressed on the floor with your arms extended and your legs extended behind you and resting on the balls of your feet. Tighten your midsection as you bend your elbows to lower your body towards the floor. Make sure that your back remains straight. Push yourself back up to complete one rep. You will need to do 15 reps to complete one set.

Chest press 

In this workout, you should lie down on the floor on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and position your arms in front of your chest. Bring your arms out to the sides with elbows bent until they are 90 degrees. Push your hands toward the ceiling but before your arms straighten, lower your arms back down. This counts as one rep. You should do 15 reps for this exercise. 

Jumping jacks 

Do not underestimate the power of cardio workouts when it comes to banishing armpit fat as in the case of jumping jacks. Jump up and down with your arms and legs coordinated with one another and you will see some serious fats getting burned. Do as many reps as you can in one minute then rest. Do three sets of jumping jacks. 

As you can see, there are steps that you can take to get rid of that pesky armpit fat that has been bothering you for some time now. With constant training, you will be ready for that summer body you’ve always wanted in no time.
