It is understandable that you’re going to get tired and frustrated with constantly checking yourself in the mirror to mop up the extra oil on your skin, but instead of worrying about how you’re looking all the time, why not try Ayurvedic solutions to regulate the amount of oil that your skin is producing? When you manage to control your oily skin, you will be able to enjoy natural glowing skin. Here are some solutions that you should try.

Milk is not just for drinking or mixing with your favorite cereal bowl, but it can also be used to regulate your oily skin. Neem is also useful when it comes to regulating your oily skin especially when you tend to break out in acne all the time. What makes neem helpful is that it contains antiseptic as well as antibacterial properties that can regulate the amount of sebum that your skin is producing. Another ingredient that you can use to control your oil production is orange. This fruit’s juice can actually improve your skin’s condition when you apply it on your skin. Indian Gooseberry

What else can you use to treat your oily skin? Indian Gooseberry or Amla contains high amounts of antioxidants that can protect you against free radicals and get rid of toxins including pollutants that you are often exposed to. Another plus to using this remedy is that it absorbs the extra oil that your skin is producing so that your skin will also clear up too. For this remedy, you will have to 6 amla in water overnight before straining and washing your face with it in the morning. Crush the leaves then combine it with rose water before applying it on your face. Rinse it off afterwards once the pack has dried.
