Smoothie for the kidney:


1 banana
1 peeled kiwi
½ peeled lime or lemon
½ cup almonds
½ tbsp chopped parsley
1 cup water

Blend all the ingredients then enjoy the healthy smoothie.

Tips: You can add more water and use other kind of nuts or if you have allergic reaction to nuts just don’t put any.

8 cups / 65 ounce /2 liter water
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 medium-sized cucumber
1 lemon
12 mint leaves

Choose 100% organic ingredients and do not peel of to retain its healthy nutrients. First cut the cucumber and lemon into slices, then add to mason jar. Mixed the other ingredients and add water. Store in the fridge and let it rest for eight hours and stir it once in awhile.
