People who use their laptops or smartphone for work after 9p.m. wake up groggy, according to a study conducted by the University of Florida. Individuals who work outside of their working hours are more likely to experienced all kinds of health issues.
Turn off your television, e-mail notifications, laptops and anything that can distract or hamper your sleeping habits. It’s advisable to avoid all kinds of blue light or the artificial rays that come out of your mobile phones and television, an hour before you go to sleep.
