A diet high in sodium will also trigger acne breakouts. Use sea salt as a bath soak. Fill bath tub with warm water and add 3 cups of sea salt. Soak in the tub for thirty minutes and pat dry. You can perform this remedy every day for a week. If your skin starts to dry out, use moisturizer after your soak.

Oatmeal is a great ingredient on the skin. It can help with all types of skin types from oily to dry and even reduce the appearance of skin wrinkles. Oatmeal can also help reduce the production of sebum oil. The texture of oatmeal can also help exfoliate the skin, open up the pores and remove the dirt. Honey and Oatmeal Mask

If a soak bath is not that accessible to you, you can always apply an oatmeal and honey mask on your back acne. Honey contains anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that can help reduce back acne and reduce its appearance. Cook three tablespoons of oatmeal in hot water, then mix in three tablespoons of honey. Let this mixture cool and apply on your back acne. Leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse off with water.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Drink a glass of water with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar every day. You can also apply ACV topically. Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and apply on affected area. If you have sensitive skin, dilute the mixture by adding in water.

Peppermint Leaves
