You can perform this remedy every day for a week. If your skin starts to dry out, use moisturizer after your soak.

When oil and dead skin is removed from the skin, it rejuvenates the skin. Oatmeal also contains moisturizing agents that will keep the skin smooth and supple. Get rid of acne by soaking your body on oatmeal. Grind oatmeal and place inside a sock, tie it off. Place the sock in a warm bath and leave it for a few minutes before soaking in it. Honey and Oatmeal Mask

If a soak bath is not that accessible to you, you can always apply an oatmeal and honey mask on your back acne. Peppermint Leaves
