Have some protein

Most of us reach for sugar and carb laden buns for breakfast but instead of starting your day off on the wrong foot, why not settle for protein instead such as Greek yogurt or eggs even. Drink a glass of water

Another morning ritual that you should incorporate into your mornings is to drink a glass of water on an empty stomach. Get some workout

There are studies that show that women who exercise in the morning can actually sleep better at night plus they feel energized too. You’ve probably experienced feeling sluggish in the morning so why not get your blood running with even a few minutes of workout? Not only will you get your metabolism up and running but you are also helping tone your muscles in the process. Of course, you shouldn’t compromise your sleep over this.

Cleanse your T-zone

Who wants to step outside their house looking all shiny? If you are preparing for another day at work, start with cleansing your T-zone to help remove any impurities that may be present on it. This way, you won’t be adding to the buildup when you do put on your makeup.

Green tea in the morning

Not everyone loves to drink coffee but if you are in need of a morning pick-me-up, why not have green tea instead? Green tea is rich in antioxidants as well as a small amount of caffeine that will not only help fight off free radicals that are damaging your cells but you’ll also get a decent amount of energy boost too. Green tea is also good for your skin because it helps hydrate it from the inside. The best part? You are also helping yourself lose weight in the process as this tea can assist you in your weight loss.

Don’t forget your sunscreen

One of the morning rituals that you shouldn’t forget is to wear sunscreen before leaving your house. Use sunscreen with high SPF to provide protection to your skin especially during the summer. Keep in mind that the UV rays coming from the sun can also damage your skin and even speed up its deterioration. Although this may seem like an extra task to you, it is an important step to protecting your skin against premature aging.
