3. Eat a Balanced Diet

Intake of foods rich in protein such as beans, eggs and meat are necessary for faster nail growth. Taking Vitamin D supplements and protein shake will also help.

4. Be Aware of Chemicals in Nail Polish

Always remember to use chemical free nails polish on your nails. Avoid painting your nails with polishes containing toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl, phthalates, formaldehyde resin and camphor.

5. Moisturize Your Nails

Make it a habit to moisturize your nails with a few drops of olive oil. Rub it on your nails and palm. Always remember that dull and dry nails are prone to breakage.

6. Use Garlic

Garlic is known to help nails grow faster. Just cut a garlic clove in half and apply the paste at least twice a week to your nails.
