1 cup of grated cabbage

2 green chillies (chopped)

1 small onion (finely chopped)

2 tablespoons of coriander (chopped)

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon of fresh ginger root (grated)

1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds (crushed)

A pinch of sea salt

Directions:

-Grab a medium-sized mixing bowl. Place every ingredient in it — gram flour, grated cabbage, chopped green chillies, finely chopped onion, coriander, turmeric powder, grated ginger root, cumin seeds and a little sea salt.

-Add water little by little as you continuously mix all of the ingredients using a wooden spoon. Stop adding water once you end up with a thick batter.

-Get a non-stick pan and grease it a little. Set the stove to low-medium heat.

-With the help of a ladle, spread about 1/4 of the batter on the non-stick pan.

-Flip once the other side is cooked.

-Repeat these procedures with the remaining batter.
